At metassk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom jersey. Please review our policy carefully:
Custom Orders:
All jerseys are made-to-order according to your specifications. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been personalized, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your jersey arrives damaged or with a printing/manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@metassk.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will either replace the jersey or issue a full refund.
Non-Custom Items:
If you purchase any non-custom items from our store, you may return them within 14 days of receipt in their original condition for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or design, please place a new order.
